oktk4 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and oktk4 ("oktk4", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the oktk4 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features made available through the site at https://oktk4.vip and any associated mobile or web applications.

By accessing the oktk4 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the oktk4 platform. oktk4 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Attempting to circumvent any eligibility requirement is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

To access the games, betting markets, and other features of the oktk4 platform, you are required to create a personal account. Account registration is free of charge. You must provide a valid mobile number and choose a password during registration. Your mobile number serves as your primary login identifier on the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any other login information. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. oktk4 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

All financial transactions on the oktk4 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). oktk4 does not support USD, EUR, or any other currency denomination. There are no currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method providers may impose their own limits which are outside of oktk4's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. oktk4 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts belonging to other individuals, or payment methods not previously used on the account. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during normal operating hours.

oktk4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, rollover conditions, eligible games, and time limits. These specific terms are communicated alongside each bonus offer and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

oktk4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in the process of being wagered. Players are responsible for reading the specific terms of each offer before claiming.

All games made available on the oktk4 platform are operated using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems that are independently audited for fairness. The outcome of every game round — every spin, every card dealt, every crash multiplier — is determined by these independently verified RNG systems and is not influenced or controlled by oktk4 or any other party.

For sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, and kabaddi, odds are set and updated in real time by the oktk4 trading team. Bets placed and accepted by the platform are binding. oktk4 reserves the right to void bets that were placed on the basis of manifestly incorrect odds, technical errors, or any event that subsequently renders the settlement of a bet impossible or unfair.

oktk4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to helping players who may be experiencing difficulties related to their gambling activity. The platform strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any player who is found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their account closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and all deposited funds returned minus any applicable processing costs.

Players may request the following responsible gaming tools directly from within their account or by contacting support: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may not be reversed during the exclusion period. oktk4 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oktk4 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

oktk4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice if oktk4 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or any third party.

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification. oktk4 will process closure requests within a reasonable time period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oktk4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other loss or damage of any nature, even if oktk4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

oktk4's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their oktk4 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the action and regardless of whether oktk4 has been advised of the possibility of the relevant damage.

oktk4 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected during the registration process and throughout your use of the platform — including your mobile number, payment method details, and transaction history — is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, carrying out identity verification, complying with applicable legal obligations, and improving the platform experience. oktk4 does not sell personal data to third parties.

oktk4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, oktk4 will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, will notify affected players by displaying a notice on the platform at the time of next login. Your continued use of the oktk4 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with the oktk4 support team within the stated timeframe, you may escalate the matter by sending a formal written complaint to the same email address, marked clearly as "Formal Complaint". oktk4 will review all formal complaints and provide a final decision within 14 business days of receipt. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the parties.
